Morcare Services are looking for Support Workers to join our amazing team and work for our clients based in Cranbourne and surrounding suburbs.

If you have a Certificate III (or above) in Aged Care or Individual Support, reach out today as we have clients requiring specific support needs

**Your Responsibilities**
As a Support Worker with Morcare, you will assist clients with the following tasks:

- Community Access - assisting clients out in the community such as Shopping assistance, going to the Cafe, Gym Programs, Hydrotherapy and day programs
- Domestic duties - maintaining household cleanliness, vacuuming, mopping and laundry.
- Personal care activities including showering, dressing and toileting
- Supporting clients within their own homes and out in the community
- Meal assistance and preparation.

**Shift Locations**:Cranbourne, Clyde, Skye, Seaford, Narre Warren, Berwick

**Shift Times**:
We have a wide variety of day, night, weekday and weekend shifts and shift times in the above mentioned suburbs and surrounds.

**Qualifications**:
A Certificate or qualification that relates to Support Workers duties is preferred, but

**Your Requirements**:

- Full Australian drivers license
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- A reliable car to attend shifts or transport clients
- Current Level 2 First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Certificate or qualification related to Support Worker duties (preferred but not essential)
- International Police Check (if required)
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Reliable and Punctual
- Caring nature and ability to understand clients and their needs
