Story so far

Since Sir Jim Ratcliffe announced Project Grenadier in 2017, our team at INEOS Automotive has grown rapidly. From a start-up to the scaled business we are now, we’ve hit some huge milestones along the way. Despite some global challenges, we brought our first vehicle, the INEOS Grenadier, from a vision to prototype and to market in just five years. And now, as the first customer deliveries of our INEOS Grenadier have begun, we look to the future with our first all-electric vehicle.

Regional Finance Lead :This role will manage the financial affairs of INEOS Automotive Australia PTY Ltd our Australian subsidiary.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Implementation of the global operating model and transfer pricing mechanism and thereafter ensuring compliance with the established rules and framework
- Determining the required footprint of INEOS Automotive in each sales location and putting the necessary infrastructure in place, such as legal entities, branches, tax registrations, bank accounts etc
- Financial management/sales controlling of all APAC legal entities required to support the sales network
- Financial management/sales controlling of Importer / Distributor markets
- Provide sales analysis and commercial finance support to the Head of Region including liaison with the central Finance team to ensure a consistent approach to financial analysis

What we are looking for:

- Accounting qualification (degree or higher)
- Substantial post qualification experience, ideally with an automotive OEM or large Distributor or Dealer Group
- Significant experience in Finance Management roles including exposure to multiple countries and cross-border / global transactions
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Good knowledge of international transfer pricing rules
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence people
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrable ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Good system knowledge, preferably SAP and ideally SAP S4 Hana
