- Great role for a Vendor and Contract Analyst to join our Technology team

The Vendor and Contract Analyst is a full-time role based within the Suppliers and Contract Management function. The team is responsible for managing AGL outsourced strategic technology partners inclusive of all other technology contracts that provide services to AGL. The Vendor and Contract Analyst will work closely with the Supplier Relationship contract Managers, all IT streams, broader AGL business units and various IT outsourced partners.

What you’ll be doing
- Support with establishing end to end processes and continually look to optimise existing processes including making recommendations for automation and simplification.
- Working with our technology suppliers and AGL IT leads to ensure commercial obligations are being validated and invoiced accurately.
- Assist the Supplier Relationship Managers with supporting governance framework with AGL strategic suppliers.
- Support the Contract Lead uplifting AGLs contact lifecycle process. Ensuring our technology owners have full visibility on commercials, costs and renewal timing. Uplifting visibility of AGL technology eco system.
- Assisting with software renewals, audits and true-ups including software reallocations.
- Technology invoices analysis and spend reporting to gain insights and identify value leakage and area that can be optimised.

About You

What you’ll bring to the table
- Strong communication and analytical skills, high attention to detail and quality focused.
- Experience working with and managing technology suppliers.
- Financial and Accounting Systems (SAP) experience.
- Experience with SAP Fieldglass preferred.
- Ability to map end to end processes and optimise existing processes.
- Ability to contribute to financial reporting and budgets. Tracking YTD spend as well as assisting with financial forecasts. Providing insights through reporting.
- Proactively engage internal stakeholders and uplifting the value the team delivers.
