Our mission is to provide Gold Standard personalised care and service delivery through innovative best practice and effective organisational governance.**_As **Leisure &** **Lifestyle Coordinator & Personal Care Assistant (Hybrid Role),** you will be part of an dedicated, experienced and engaged team. We are looking for a special and unique kind of person. Someone who puts compassion, patience, positive energy, connection and caring for other people at the heart and center of everything they do. As **Leisure &** **Lifestyle Coordinator** you will be committed to our eight **Gold Standards** and those that are specific to your role**:One of the primary focuses of this role is one-on-one assistance, support with activities and direct care of residents. Exact times of one-on-one assistance and support to be determined. For example: 3 - 3.5 hrs per day. Provide safe and effective services and supports for the residents**

**What we need you to bring to the role**:

- Certificate III (Aged Care) & Diploma in Lifestyle and Leisure or diversional therapy is required
- Experience in managing a team
- Ability to be able to work on a permanent full time basis (potentially permanent part time 0.8 -1.0)
- Experience in an aged care facility, developing Leisure and Lifestyle programs including working with dementia residents
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Time management and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to follow directives as per care plan
- Maintaining confidentiality in all matters
- Flexibility to workplace demands and a teamwork attitude
- Identify problems and a clear understanding of when to alert immediate supervisors and report to management
- Knowledge of cross-cultural issues
- Understanding of Aged Care including the Aged Care Quality Standards and Charter of Aged Care Rights.
- Vaccinated (and up-to-date vaccinations) against Covid-19
- National Police Certificate

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
