**Experienced Barista for Ariel’s Shellharbour Cafe**

Ariel’s has opened a brand-new location in Shellharbour, and we’re looking for an experienced and passionate barista to join our dynamic team. If you love coffee, have excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you

**About the Role**:

- Prepare high-quality coffee and espresso beverages, following Ariel’s and Campos Coffee standards for consistency and taste.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Assist with daily cafe operations, including taking orders, handling payments, and maintaining cafe cleanliness.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy times.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum 2 years of barista experience, with solid knowledge of espresso machines and brewing techniques.
- A passion for coffee and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility with working hours, including early mornings and weekends.
