Join the Digital team to enhance our digital capabilities and how we use our digital assets as an organisation. This is a great opportunity if you are passionate about digital and looking to make a move into this space.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Optimisation and Engagement this role will be charged with collaborating across the bank and with relevant external stakeholders to devise an achievable roadmap to lift the digital capability amongst our people and customers, and then influence to deliver. Working closely with its digital counterparts, the role will focus on activities that lead to greater digital adoption and engagement.
**This can include**:
Working with the Organisational Capability team to develop a suite of digital learning tools.
Influencing leaders across the enterprise to approach adoption differently using best practice insights to guide them.
Writing proposals to attract funding to build digital capability.
Facilitation of workshops to bring together people, capability, and digital assets.

About you
You’ll be keen to learn more about digital to share your knowledge and advocate the best way to use digital assets/strategies across the business.
Ideally you’ll have business analysis and/or change management skills with the knowledge to draw out business needs and appropriate use cases.
Ideally you’ll have an understanding of digital transformation and change management by having previously worked in such environments.
You’ll have the ability to facilitate discussions and influence stakeholders for appropriate outcomes.
You’ll ideally have previous experience or knowledge of an agile working environment.
