**About the Opportunity**:
We’re seeking an experienced hospitality leader to step into the role of **Venue Manager**. This is your chance to take ownership of a dynamic, fast-paced venue — overseeing daily operations, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

With a focus on seamless service, team development, and achieving key business targets, you’ll maintain high standards across all areas of the venue. We’re looking for someone with a forward-thinking approach, eager to introduce new activations and keep the offering fresh and engaging.

- **Proven Leadership**: Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role in a fast-paced, premium dining or events venue.
- **Team Development**: A talent for inspiring, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
- **Guest-Centric Approach**: A genuine passion for creating extraordinary experiences and fostering connections with guests.
- **Operational Excellence**: Strong knowledge of venue operations, including rostering, inventory management, and service delivery.
- **Resilience & Adaptability**: A calm and capable demeanour during high-pressure periods.
- **Business Acumen**: A solid understanding of financial performance, KPIs, and profitability drivers.
- **Communication Mastery**: Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills.
- **Commitment to Hospitality**: Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and variable shifts, paired with a valid RSA.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
