**Your function** As an **Account Manager** within the Construction, Transportation and Industrial (CT&I) sales team you will be responsible for driving incremental new business to DLL by both Relationship Management and Business Development activity. You will be required to work closely with a key existing Global partner with responsibilities across Australia and New Zealand, as well as their end-user customers as applicable. The role will also be a key liaison with internal departments of DLL including Business Support, Credit, Settlements, Customer Service, Collections, Finance and Asset Management - particularly around managing deal flow, to ensure an excellent customer experience. The role will be directly responsible for managing a long-term key designated account of DLL. Typical KPIs will include new business volume, margin, partner satisfaction, partner call activity and engagement, ongoing training, process improvements and compliance. Find out more here about how you can unleash your full potential at DLL. **Day to day** - Maintain and enhance existing partnership through proactive relationship management. - Increase new business volume through regular call cycles, problem solving, and process improvements. - Continually monitor service level agreements for efficiency and effectiveness - Oversee end to end transaction processing, providing hands-on involvement with credit submissions, legal negotiations, settlement requirements and pricing as applicable - Develop and execute program management strategies to achieve/exceed sales budgets including new business volume, margin, fee income and pipeline management. - Strong engagement including weekly visits with partner sales support teams to review pipeline and ensure quality first time right credit submissions and settlements - Handle first-line escalation for non-standard enquiries, including pricing, changes in Terms & Conditions, priority deal management and settlement exceptions. Also act as first-line support for partner queries on deal status and general matters. - Identify and resolve problems before they impact on the vendor and/or their customers.
