**About the role**:
You’ll be working in a bright and modern refurbished office with easy access by public transport. You will thrive in providing exceptional customer service and demonstrate your cultural awareness, sensitivity and respect with Indigenous clients.

**About You**
- have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- be an engaging, client-focused person who is self-motivated and willing to assist as needed
- be able to prioritise and organise tasks and meet expected deadlines
- have strong Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail
- demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
- be able to contribute positively and collaboratively within a team environment
- have experience in working with cultural diversity.
