We are seeking a reliable and experienced full time Warehouse Manager to join our team.
- **About EventEx**:_

EventEx (formerly Clifton Perth) is a major Event Production company in the WA events industry. We install and dismantle various aspects of both small and large indoor/outdoor events, including but not limited to: staging, ground support structures, lighting, draping, AV/screens, audio. The role of Warehouse Manager is an exciting position and this requires a highly organized, punctual and composed person with good people management skills. - **Position**:_

The EventExWarehouse manager is responsible for providing the day-to-day management of many aspects of the business, and you will oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods. You will ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met and will manage a small team of crew. You will also be required to drive the EventEx vans and trucks to and from various event sites, as well as often joining the crew to bump in/out various aspects of event production - no two days are the same

This is a hands-on Management position, and you must have the ability to manage teams of staff and be able to work with the General Manager/Managing Director to deal with personnel issues such as training and discipline.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Organize all warehouse activities and assign jobs accordingly for staff.

Setup layout and space management; work organization chart;
Manage stock control; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into system.

Ensuring quality, delivery and budget objectives are met;
Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area;
Continuous improvement and development of warehouse operations according to company’s objectives;
Overseeing the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; and to manage other staff members as required.
- Ability to cope and manage multiple projects.
- Hard working, can-do attitude.
- Good level of fitness.
- Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.

**Essential experience** / **REQUIRED LICENSES**
- **Full and valid manual driver license **_(truck licence preferable)_
- **Current forklift license**
- **White card**
- **EWP license **_(preferable but not essential)_

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Flexible hours
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
