We are looking for a dynamic and energetic **Receptionist** to join our team at a thriving 24/7 gym. If you have a **Cert III in Fitness**, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals, we want you to be part of our team

**Day To Day Duties Include -**
- Provide exceptional **customer service** to gym members and visitors
- **Manage** member check-ins, registrations, and inquiries efficiently
- **Support group classes**, ensuring smooth scheduling and coordination
- Build and maintain strong **rapport with members**, fostering a welcoming atmosphere
- Promote gym services and classes with **enthusiasm**:

- Ensure the **reception** area is clean, organized, and presentable
- Handle **administrative tasks** such as maintaining membership records and class schedules
- **Light cleaning** of the club facilities

**Skills and experience**
- **Cert III in Fitness** (required)
- **Energetic** and enthusiastic personality, with a passion for fitness
- Excellent **rapport-building skills** - creating positive relationships with members
- **Reliable** and dependable with a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to **work independently** and use initiative
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role (preferred but not essential)
- A **genuine interest** in the fitness industry
