**Join the vibrant and growing team at Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital as a Patient Services Assistant** We are actively looking for motivated individuals to support our Day Surgery team.

**About the Role**:
Your responsibilities will involve providing **direct physical support to patients throughout their stay, aiding Nurses and Medical professionals in delivering exceptional care**.

In this position, you will work under the guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager and clinical team leaders to ensure patients receive outstanding care.

**About you**:
You will possess **outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities**, excelling within a multidisciplinary team setting while fostering positive connections with colleagues, patients and families.

**Your skills and experience**:

- **Hold a Certificate III in Health Services or Aged Care**, or currently enrolled in a diploma/bachelor’s in nursing.
- Recent experience in a similar position within a acute hospital setting
- Proficient knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong computer proficiency
- Capable of collaborative teamwork and independent work as needed.

**Remuneration**:On offer is an hourly rate ranging from **$28.00 - $30.15 + 23% casual loading + **superannuation based on qualifications and experience.
