Finance & office administrator | Perm opportunity | St Kilda Rd | Full time office based | $75K- $80K + Super

**Your new company**
Our client a leading non-bank fintech is looking for a finance & office administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. Over 50 franchisees across Australia work with our corporate team offering leading finance solutions.

**Your new role**
- Managing client and franchisee communications and expectations
- Accounts payable & receivable duties when required
- Maintaining financial accounts
- Payroll duties when required
- Bank and credit card reconciliation duties
- Working closely with other teams to provide assistance when required

**What you'll need to succeed**
- High attention to detail
- System savvy
- Ability to learn new software
- Experience with XERO preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Great Team player
