**About**

You will be responsible for but not limited to:

- Coordinating the development of external aesthetic design and usability of CIAPPILI new products.
- Collaborate with a wide range of design teams across the business to better enhance creative strategies and strong design solution outcomes.
- Be a part of, and work within, the existing creative teams from various disciplines/departments.
- Ensure Design solutions are fit for purpose and meets cost, safety, compliance, schedule, and applicable standards
- Ensure components/systems are Designed for Manufacturing (DFM) and Designed for Serviceability (DFS) understand the key drives of the business and how you can contribute to the betterment of CIAPPILI new products.
- Manage and develop relationships with key suppliers / contractors

**You**

As an experienced Industrial designer you will be well versed in the full product cycle. You will have a deep appreciation for aesthetics, you will be creative, and have a high attention to detail. You will also have the following skills:

- be produced to create various profiles
- Full product creation lifecycle experience
- Portfolio of product designs
- Ability to graphically visualize concepts
- Able to take, understand, expand on and dissect creative briefs provided by Senior Management.
- Ability to graphically visualize concepts and articulate those ideas to others.
- 7+ years working in a relevant role
- Able to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
- Experience using Solidworks
- Experience with Adobe Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, InDesign
- Hands on prototyping experience
- Understanding of Ergonomics & HMI

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial design

**Salary**: $4,850.50 - $7,150.50 per month
