**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**The Role**:
This is an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for a motivated and experienced **Warehouse Operator **(Forklift Driver) to join the team at our warehouse/factory located in our head office at **Belrose (Sydney’s Northern **Beaches).**

This is a great opportunity to gain more exposure to a large company that is manufacturing & assembling automated systems such as AGV (robotic forklifts), conveyor systems and warehouse racking.

**Key responsibilities include**:
The main focus of the role is to complete all warehousing activities using manual handling equipment Forklift truck at the facility. The role will require you to:

- Unload and load goods and product for trucks and containers, this includes manual handling as well as forklift truck operation
- Manage system transactions for the tasks that are being completed, receiving, put away, picking, dispatching & cycle counting
- Packing orders to the required standard; domestic, export or warehouse transfers to internal departments
- Monitor and organise storage locations within the warehouse
- Creating picking list in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and using RF scanner for receiving purchase orders
- Ensure all safety requirements are meet for checking and driving the forklift truck and working safely within the warehouse/factory

**Working Hours**:

- You will be expected to work day shift 6:30am to 2:30pm (Monday to Thursday) and 6am to 12pm (Friday).

**What we are looking for**

The successful applicant will have experience in similar position where you have operated a forklift truck and used computer based systems to manage and fulfill the orders that need to be completed, as well as possessing the following qualifications & experience:

- Must have a current - LF Forklift Licence
- Experience in warehousing ideally FMCG, 3PL or similar warehousing roles
- Experience with WMS and using RF scanners is ideal
- Basic/Moderate computer literacy and verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills
- Good understanding of OH&S requirements and safety procedures
- Ability to work in isolation and make decisions
- Ability to develop and maintain effective on-going relationships
