What You’ll Be Doing
- **Plan, implement, and support** play-based learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years.
- Foster children’s **physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development** through nurturing interactions.
- **Champion child safety** - ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and their voice is heard.
- Support the **Early Childhood Teacher and leadership team** in delivering high-quality programs.
- Build **strong partnerships with families** and contribute to an inclusive, community-focused environment.
- Maintain accurate **records, observations, and documentation**.
- Participate in **mandatory training and ongoing professional development**.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards).
- Strong commitment to **child safety** and the wellbeing of all children.
- Passion for **creating engaging learning environments**.
- Knowledge of the **Early Years Learning Framework (V2.0)** and **National Quality Standards**.
- Understanding of the **National Law and Regulations**.
- Current **Working With Children Check**.
- Collaborative, reliable, and flexible team member.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**.
