Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs is a growing Health and Lifestyle business with operations in Adelaide, Sydney, Perth, Canberra, Melbourne and Auckland.

We are looking for a **Groundsman **to join us in this key role to ensure that our members are having a great time using our facilities. You will oversee and ensure our grounds are maintained to an exceptional standard at all times. You will be working in a fun and vibrant environment so we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and someone who works well as part of a team.

**The Role**

The role requires early morning starts (5am). To be successful you will have solid general maintenance skills and be reliable. We aim to provide a happy, inviting and safe culture where we aim to make Next Gen a great place to work.

**Experience/Knowledge and Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of safe work practices including WH&S
- Worked in a professional and customer service environment
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Very good interpersonal skills, you will be interacting with a lot of people
- A pro-active approach to identifying maintenance issues
- Experience maintaining grounds

**About You**
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Operate most gardening and power tools
- Forklift license desirable

**Must have’s**
- Current Proof of Right to work in Australia
- Current Working with Children Clearance
- Experience with managing, recruiting and developing teams desirable
