W are seeking parking officers to join our teams within the Western Suburbs

Your new company
These Local Councils located West of Melbourne cover a growing region of Victoria and currently needing assistance within their Parking department. This Council have modern facilities, surrounded by shops, cafes and sporting facilities as well as have a large staff car park.

Your new role
Working as one of the Council's Parking Enforcement Officers, you will be advising members of the local community in relation to safe and legal parking and issuing parking infringements in cases of non-compliance. Conducting both foot and car patrols and potentially fixing the ticket machines within the municipality.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have excellent customer service skills and will be able to demonstrate your ability to communicate with members of the general public in a polite and professional manner. You will have previous experience working for a Local Council in a parking enforcement position or a similar enforcement/compliance role. You will be a team player and be able to work using your initiative.
