We are seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Bupa Dental team This is a high-volume recruitment role where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow within a global organisation.

This is a permanent opportunity based in Sydney with hybrid work arrangements.

**How will I help?
Key accountabilities include:

- Partnering with line managers and other internal customers, educating to ensure that the talent acquisition process is known, respected and utilised
- Compilation, analysis and communication of data for the purpose of reporting and diagnoses of talent acquisition challenges and opportunities
- Represent your team with various talent acquisition related projects

**What do I need?
- Previous experience working in a high-volume recruitment role
- Ability to handle multiple assignments across a range of skillsets
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience of various interviewing and assessment techniques
- The ability to flex to a changing environment, be open minded and adaptive to new behaviours and process, and contribute to continuously improving the hiring experience
