**About the role**

We have an opportunity for a **Contact Centre Team Leader** to be part of our PoliceLink team. The Contact Centre Team Leader provides direction, supervision and support to the Contact Centre Team in the taking and processing of reports of crime/incidents and the provision of information to customers. The role is responsible for team performance and the overall management of a team of Customer Service Representatives.
