About the role
This is an exciting role for an experienced administration officer that wants to contribute to the success of the EPA as it enters a new era of environmental protection in Victoria. Working under the direction of Team Leader, Regional Support, you will work as part of a supportive state-wide team and actively contribute to a positive organisational culture, ensuring that you achieve the highest standards of performance and integrity; and foster genuine partnerships across all levels of government, industry, and community to support the delivery of organisational outcomes.
This role is place-based and will provide general administrative support to EPA staff within the Bendigo regional office, including management of correspondence, filing and records management, document management, management of office supplies (including stock management and ordering as required); aid with meeting catering, booking travel and accommodation for EPA staff.
Other duties include providing front-of house services during office hours, including greeting and registering visitors, and responding to and/or directing public enquiries as well as working closely with Corporate Services and the Division Support Unit in the management of fleet, assets, finance and facilities, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.

- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in a similar business administration or support role
- Ability to work in a busy and fast paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take initiative
- Flexibility to assist with cross-regional administration support
