Dollys Donuts is a destination for the whole family to enjoy the ultimate trio of hot fluffy cinnamon and specialty donuts, an array of delectable gelato and specialty coffee by our partner Zest coffee roasters.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a coffee and customer focused barista that wants to take the next step in their career. This role is available for our upcoming Bowral store.

THE ROLE

You will need to have advanced knowledge of specialty coffee and be confident dialling in and critiquing espresso, pouring consistent latte art and filter brew methods.

ABOUT YOU
- Class leading banter and ability to relate to and empathise with customers.
- A can-do attitude with a strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work under pressure calmly and professionally
- At least 1 year experience in similar role
- Fluent in English
- This position is only open to applicants with permanent work rights in Australia or those holding an appropriate work visa for long term employment.
