**About the role**

We are currently looking for Support Workers - Home Help to join our team. There are full time and permanent part time positions available. The purpose of this role is to support seniors and NDIS customers to remain in their homes by providing domestic assistance. These roles are based Gosnells, Armadale, Maddington, Thorlie, and Canning Vale.

**This is what you will need**:

- Previous experience working with seniors and those living with disability is desirable but not essential
- Be able to interact with a wide range of customers
- Enthusiastic and engaging with customers
- Understanding of professional boundaries and privacy and confidentiality issues
- Willing and able to provide domestic assistance services
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Written communication skills and & mobile device skills
- A proactive approach to the safety and well being of yourself and customers
- Current Australian Drivers Licence with no restrictions
- Reliable and roadworthy motor vehicle to travel to customers homes and assist them to access the community
- Comprehensive motor vehicle insurance and registration
- Current First Aid Certificate with 12 months or less currency (or willing to apply)
- Multiple part-time multi-skilled support worker positions available during weekdays and weekends

**Benefits**:

- Permanent, part-time positions
- Hourly rate of $24.40
- Attractive salary packaging of up to $15,900 per year tax free and an additional $2,650 for Meals and Entertainment
- Travel time and km's paid between customers at 80 cents per km
- Work in small local autonomous teams
