Specializing in natural, synthetic, and acrylic surfaces, Turf One is renowned for its expertise and innovation in the field.**

**The role will be responsible for**:

- **Supervise and direct staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.**:

- **Manage project timelines, scope, and budgets to deliver successful outcomes.**:

- **Coordinate resources and ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.**:

- **Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, including site opening and closure.**:

- **Maintain compliance with Occupational Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.**:

- **Provide operator services for machinery such as rollers, excavators, laser graders, and scrapers.**:

- **Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.**:

- **Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.**:

- **Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work. Projects span across Australia, and time to time interstate travel will be required.**

**You will bring along the following**:

- **At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with proven expertise in turf management, ideally within the sports or recreation sector.**:

- **Relevant qualifications or certifications in sports turf management or significant experience in the field (highly regarded).**:

- **Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.**:

- **Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.**:

- **A hands-on, proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.**
