**IT Support / Data Analyst at Burger Urge**

**What You'll Do**:
As a vital part of our IT team, you'll:

- Provide comprehensive IT support to internal teams, swiftly resolving system-related queries.
- Craft and maintain captivating Power BI dashboards that bring data to life.
- Oversee IT system maintenance to ensure peak performance and security.
- Manage Office 365 tasks and hardware installations with finesse.
- Troubleshoot networking challenges, ensuring seamless connectivity.
- Handle Redcat POS system maintenance for uninterrupted operations.

**What You Bring**:

- At least 3 years in IT support or related fields.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Office 365, and IT system maintenance.
- Hardware expertise in installations and upgrades.
- Networking acumen for effective troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Redcat POS or similar systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
