**The opportunity**

Reporting to the Principal - Sustainability, you will have a varied role with key responsibilities spanning across areas such as:

- Working with the Asset Management team and portfolio companies to support continuous improvement in the approach and outcomes related to:

- The management and mitigation of third-party risks including modern slavery
- Community and customer engagement
- Social impact measurement
- Diversity and Inclusion (including Indigenous Reconciliation and gender equality)
- Health, Safety and wellbeing programs
- Develop and facilitate programs and forums to enable collaboration, education and engagement of Non-executive Directors and Portfolio Company management
- Track and monitor industry trends and key performance indicators relevant to sustainability performance
- Monitor regulatory and legal conditions in relation to sustainability and assess their impact across the portfolio
- Develop sustainability precedents, tools, templates, and guides for the Infrastructure team to assist the investment decision-making process and asset management

**About you**

You will have demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience in a similar role with solid experience in developing, managing and implementing social sustainability programs. You will be degree qualified in a relevant discipline (e.g. business, economics, sustainability, social science or related).

You will also have:

- Passion for ESG activities and a previous track record of successfully working across complex businesses to deliver measurable social sustainability outcomes.
- Strong project management skills including the ability to manage multiple deadlines and take ownership of initiatives and implement across the organisation.
- Strong stakeholder influencing, engagement and management skills including demonstrated ability to create trusted relationships with team members across the entire business at all seniority levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
