Olympus is looking for a Chef De Partie. This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Redfern, Sydney, NSW.
They will be responsible for the following duties:
- Work across all sections of the kitchen, from cooking over fire to pastry and larder sections
 - Work with the head chef and sous chef on the creation and implementation and development of new dishes.
 - Train junior team members to the Olympus standard
 - Stock ordering and regular stock-takes
 
For this position it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications/work experience:
- 1 year minimum experience required and experience
 - Relevant Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma;
 - Experience in Greek cuisine a plus not essential
 
Salary: $75,000- $80,000 plus 12% super
