In our 0-2yrs room we follow the babies/children’s individual routines. In our 2-5yrs rooms we have consistent routines with a lot of choice and flexibility within. We believe this brings a calmness to each room as the children feel secure within the rhythm of a consistent routine.

Are you interested in progressing your career to become ECT qualified?
- On average you study 3 units each trimester and complete your degree over 3 years
- If the centre you work at applies for a waiver for you to work as an ECT, we will even pay you as an entry level ECT whilst you study
- You can be eligible for a waiver with just 1 year of experience as a Diploma room leader or 2 years’ experience working as a fully qualified diploma
- Also, instead of paying for the $12,450 course fees yourself and creating a Course Fee HELP debt, WE WILL PAY THE FEES FOR YOU

About the role
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with all children, families and work colleagues
- Be able to build rapport with children through play, engage in conversation and help to create learning experiences around their interests
- Ensure the centre environment is developmentally appropriate for children
- Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs
- Create a friendly, secure and interactive learning environment
- Be part of a supportive team environment and culture that values each team member and promotes collaboration through sharing information and teamwork
- Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are always maintained

Required Qualifications
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Current Working with Children’s Check

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
