About the role

We're welcoming some new faces to join our Wamberal team on the beautiful Central Coast of NSW, 2260. Prior experience in the childcare industry will be highly valued for this role. Qualifications in childcare and a genuine enthusiasm for early childhood education and care are essential.

About us

We are a preschool and long daycare that cares for children from 0-5 years old. Our center as a long-standing client base and we have developed many meaningful relationships with families and the local community over the years.

We are a team of educators who work together and support each other. Our philosophy centers on the great bond with families as paramount, and the professional bond with colleagues as essential to feeling secure, supported, and welcomed. We do not tolerate gossip or bullying and are proud of the friendly atmosphere we foster within the team.

As a successful candidate for this position, you will have:

  • A Diploma level qualification or Certificate III in early childhood education
  • At least 1 year of childcare experience
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current first aid certificate and asthma & anaphylaxis training certificates
  • Sound knowledge of the ACECQA Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards
  • The ability to develop and implement learning environments for children based on the EYLF
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
