Looking for an experienced administrator with competence in mobilisation, compliance or migration services

**Your new company**
A well-known Not-for-Profit organisation based in a suburb East of Perth CBD, are seeking an advanced Administrator whom is experienced in handling mobilisation and immigration/relocation practices. You will act as a support to the Talent Sourcing team, working on a full-time basis with flexible working arrangements available. This opportunity is being offered on a permanent basis.

**Your new role**
As a Migration Administrator you will be responsible for the coordination and onboarding of Interstate and International Employees and their families into WA, to work for the organisation. Your duties will include, but will not be limited to:

- Effectively track and monitor required immigration documents and travel arrangements
- Liaise with external stakeholders regarding migration, relocation, and travel arrangements
- Provide accurate relocation quotes and management of payments
- General administration duties as required on behalf of the Talent Sourcing team

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role you will demonstrate a strong administration background, and display competence in:

- Prior experience in handling relocation, migration, mobilisation, or compliance procedures/practices
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally with stakeholders and act as a reliable point of contact for migration information
- Strong IT skills with the ability to navigate MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Previous experience within the healthcare sector would be beneficial
