**About the business**

Green Space Gardens and Property Maintenance is a rapidly growing landscape, grounds, and yard maintenance company based in North Brisbane.

We take care of all aspects of commercial and body corporate grounds maintenance including:

- Mowing, and ride-on mowing
- Edging of lawns and brush-cutting
- Hedging large bushes and tree-trimming up to 2.5m
- Weed-control
- Any other aspects of landscape maintenance which the client requires

**About the role**

The successful applicant will be required to work up to 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri from 6am. They will assist in daily grounds and landscape maintenance work. We will be training the successful applicant to become a leader, take responsibility for sites they are assigned to, all with help from a junior staff member.
- **Must have** experience in this industry
- **Must have** QLD license and clean driving record
- **National Police Check required**:

- **Must have experience towing large trailers**:

- **Must have experience using zero-turn mowers, brushcutters, hedgers**:

- Fit and able to work immediately
- **Must take pride in work, like it's your own home**:

- Willingness to work hard
- Must be reliable
- **Must have manual drivers license**:

**Skills and experience**

The ideal applicant should have experience with the following:

- Basic tool maintenance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Casual, Subcontract, Permanent

Pay: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Location: On the road
