**Salary per hour (exc. super)**: $32.66 - $32.86 _(inclusive above award hourly allowance and 25% casual loading)_
**Hours per fortnight**: up to 76

**Role Description**

We are looking for friendly, passionate individuals to work predominantly with our aged consumers in their own homes. We support consumers to live independently and with improved quality of life within our community.

The Home Care Worker provides a valued and key service in delivering high quality, professional, and comprehensive integrated support for people in the community. You will make a genuine difference in the lives of our consumers by drawing on your compassion and commitment to supporting, and meeting, the consumers individual goals and needs.

Our Home Care Workers may provide a variety of support services individualised to each consumer. This may include tasks such personal care, home care, respite, or social support.

**The Team**

The Community and Public Health Services Division has a primary focus on improving the health outcomes of the communities in our region. With a range of local and regional programs supporting place-based health promotion, prevention, care and support, they work collaboratively with other Divisions and regional partnerships and networks to support quality outcomes. The Division has a strong leadership role in the Loddon Mallee Region and is committed to ensuring processes are in place to deliver on our Division.
