**About the Role**
Join our team as a Theatre Services Attendant on a part time (3 days per week), ongoing work at Moorabbin Hospital. This is a vital role within the unit, that greatly assists us reaching our goals. Your main duties will be to:
- transport patients to and from theatre and the wards
- housekeeping within the unit, i.e. cleaning theatres and equipment as well as associated rooms within unit.
- Provide a friendly, courteous and professional greeting and support to all visitors/patients
- Answer and assist incoming callers in a friendly, courteous and professional manner at all times
- Ensure safety at all times
- Aid in the smooth flow of patients through the department by collecting from wards and returning to ward

Moorabbin Operating Suite is a busy elective unit doing a variety of surgeries. Since opening in 1975, Moorabbin Hospital has become one of Victoria’s leading medical and research facilities, building a tradition of high quality care to its community.
