- Specialise in high-end renovations, extensions, additions and knock down rebuilds up to $2.5m in value

**About The Role**
- Foreman / Site Manager job role to manage a $2m renovation project in Cremorne Point
- Will be required to manage site activities and project delivery - 100% management responsibilities (no work on the tools)

**Duties**
- Supervision and management of trades
- Reading and interpreting architectural plans
- Site Setout
- Trade works quality control
- Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required

**Skills & Experience**
- Relevant building qualifications
- Carpentry background (Certificate III Carpentry)
- Experience of residential renovation, extension and addition projects
