We at Montique Clothing are currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic Retail Manager to manage our concession at Myer Pacific Fair, who is passionate about fashion and customer service and is committed to making our customers happy.

An exquisite collection of high fashion and elegant contemporary event wear designed in Australia. Dressing bridesmaids, mothers of the bride, formal wear, racewear, and cocktail wear. Montique is proud to offer Australian women high quality garments, with defined cuts, intricate detailing and refined finishes.

With eight concession stores within Myer stores across Australia, Montique is proud to offer our personal staff and dedicated spaces to assist our customers through their shopping experience. Our team understands how important it is to look and feel confident at their next event. Our staff pride themselves on exceptional service and will guide the customer with the fit and offer our most appropriate pieces for the customer.

A key role you will play as a manager is to drive store success by ensuring the store runs smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Organizing all store operations and allocating responsibilities to team members
- Train and manage a team that provides sales and customer service to customers
- Take responsibility for store sales targets and preparing staff rosters.
- Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
- Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation
- Determine the need for store improvements
- Complete daily sales and revenue reports and feedback to the head office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
