We have an amazing opportunity for an energetic, self-motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. We are open for breakfast and lunch, so you will be required to work only during the day.

Common Room Co has an exciting opportunity for an energetic, self-motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager at Caulfield North. You'll be bringing to the role your team-building experience and passion for providing a high level of customer service. This role will allow you to take ownership of service, connect with and inspire a team, and build long-lasting relationships with our customers.

Key Duties
- Rostered from Opening (06:30) for breakfast and lunch for 5 days a week with rotating days off.
- Provide restaurant supervision and allocation of tasks.
- General restaurant duties as required including food prep, service and cleaning.
- Taking orders from customers in a friendly and engaging manner using OrderMate POS.
- Following OHS procedures
- Will be responsible for weekly rostering and order placements in due course.

Who We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of management level experience in hospitality is essential.
- Someone reliable, enthusiastic and friendly.
- Great presentation with native English proficiency.
- Barista skills
- The ability to keep cool in a fast paced environment. Being cool in general. :)
