**ABOUT US**

Pats Italian Restaurant and Bar is an icon establishment situated in the heart of Mt Buller Village. We are known for our mouth-watering a la carte menu, pizzas, fun atmosphere and our exceptional customer service. We make the majority of our dishes in-house with high-quality produce (including our pizza dough and pasta which is made each day) and we ensure that everything is as fresh as you can get

**THE ROLE**

This is a hands-on role and will require you to work under pressure, in a fast pace environment. As it is a short time of operation, some aspects of the job are, but not limited to, the following;
- understanding;
- employee handbook
- liquor licences
- dofoodsafely (free on-line course), including our food allergy policy
- upselling, promotions and social media
- opening and closing procedures
- work closely with the owners and senior staff to ensure the restaurant runs efficiently and cost effectively
- rostering and timesheet experience desirable but not mandatory (Tanda)

Appropriate training will be provided where required.

**WHAT YOU NEED**
- Lots of experience in all rounder positions (FOH, bar, door)
- Police check and appropriate certificate
- Experience with Tanda and Ordermate highly desirable
- Excellent time management
- Attention to detail
- Ability to supervise a team with emphasis on creating a positive and harmonious environment
- Ability to greet and welcome customers, take and manage bookings, handle complaints and advise
