Restaurant Host/hostess

The Meat & Wine Co is looking for experienced and dedicated **Restaurant & Reservations Hosts** to become part of our professional and hard-working team. As the first point of contact for our restaurant, be the one to stand out with your exceptional customer service and high attention to detail.

The successful applicants will have:

- A minimum of 1 years' experience in guest services within the restaurant, hotel or tourism industry
- Previous experience in an A La Carte environment an advantage
- Cash handling experience
- ResDiary or SevenRooms Experience
- Greeting & Seating Guests
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- A genuine passion for food, people and the overall hospitality experience
- Current RSA certificate
- Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
- Attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Flexible availability over a 7 day rotating roster
