**Key Duties**
- Assist in the fabrication of signage components using materials such as aluminium and steel.
- Read and interpret basic fabrication drawings and follow work instructions with accuracy.
- Operate workshop tools and machinery including cutting tools, brake presses, and welding equipment under supervision.
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on various components, ensuring structural integrity and visual quality.
- Conduct quality checks and assist in preparing signage for finishing and installation.
- Support the production team in general workshop duties including materials handling and equipment maintenance.
- Follow all workplace health and safety guidelines and contribute to a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members across departments to meet production targets and deadlines.

**What You Bring**
- A relevant trade qualification (or currently completing one) in metal fabrication or a related field.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a fabrication or workshop environment.
- Basic MIG and/or TIG welding skills and experience working with aluminium or mild steel.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and fabrication plans.
- A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
- Awareness of safety protocols and a commitment to working safely.
- Forklift licence, white card, or EWP licence (advantageous but not essential).
- Willingness to learn, grow, and work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
