Are you an experienced Mechanical Fitter with a background in gearboxes, rotating equipment, or heavy industry?

**David Brown Santasalo** is seeking skilled fitters to join our afternoon shift team in our Perth Service Centre.

Location: Kewdale, Perth

Hours: Mon - Thu (2.45pm - 11.15pm) Fri (12.15pm - 6.45pm)

**About the Role**:
Join a global leader in engineered gearbox solutions. You’ll be working on the inspection, overhaul, and rebuild of large industrial gearboxes used across the mining, power, and heavy industrial sectors.

**Your Background might Include**:

- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality work
- Hands-on experience with gearbox disassembly, fault diagnosis, and rebuild in mining, heavy engineering, or rotating equipment industries
- Precision fitting and use of measuring tools
- Bearing inspection and fault diagnosis
- Strong understanding of mechanical drawings and tolerances
- Basic machining experience (required)
- Ability to prepare strip assessment reports
- High level of pride in workmanship
- Familiarity with gear theory (desirable)
- Heavy industrial gearbox experience (desirable)
