**Job** **Description**:
The Customer Solutions Manager will be responsible for managing the successful implementation and delivery of industrial AI automation software solutions for clients in the resources industry. This individual will work closely with Kelvin’s Product and Engineering teams and customers to understand their needs and requirements, and ensure the successful deployment of custom solutions that meet those needs.
**At Kelvin your main responsibilities will be**:
- Develop project plans and timelines, and manage project scope, budget, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation and deployment of industrial AI automation software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver custom solutions that meet customer needs.
- Conduct regular status meetings with customers and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met, and issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Provide ongoing solution support to customers, including issue screening and internal follow-up to resolution.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion with existing customers, and develop strategies to pursue those opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to industrial AI automation software and the resources industry.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including needs assessments, proposal development, and customer presentations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, instrumentation & controls engineering background, managing the delivery of industrial automation software solutions.
- Experience with industrial automation technologies, including SCADA, PLC, and DCS.
- Familiarity with the resources industry and related processes such as mining, drilling, oil & gas production, and refining.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
**Preferred to have**:
- Experience with cloud-based industrial automation software solutions.
- Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning technologies.
- Experience with agile project management methodologies.
- Strong technical skills in programming languages such as C++, Python, and Java. (A bonus)
