**About the role**

The People & Culture Business Partner (BP) is responsible for the development and delivery of the People Plan aligned to company Strategy for their Region.

You will primarily work with the Regional Manager and Area Manager within to mentor and support Leaders to effectively manage people activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the operations leadership team to develop capability in themselves and their team through the provision of coaching and feedback.
- Identify requirements and opportunities to promote wellness & initiatives within region & support Programs.
- Facilitate and manage annual cycle of activities in the region including performance reviews, resourcing, talent assessment and calibration, succession planning & capability development with people plans developed and agreed with AMs in allocated region.
- Complete Workforce Planning to identify the capacity/future capability requirements for the organisation to achieve optimal future resourcing.
- Promote and support leadership capability through developing leaders and working with L&D to support implementation/rollouts within region. Evaluation & monitoring of training programs to ensure the learning program and business objectives are met.
- Participate in 2nd round interviews in conjunction with RM for any CM/AM appointments including final decision making.
- Support the implementation of company remuneration, reward & recognition programs, ensuring equity & fairness.
- Provide performance support and guidance to AMs, promoting a proactive approach to the management of team members and improving performance.
- Provide additional case management support/intervention for identified high

risk performance/termination cases & escalating as appropriate.
- Conduct regular training/education sessions with AMs and Regional CM groups, to upskill in identified areas e.g. performance management, investigation/incident support etc.

**About you**
- 5+ years of HR Generalist experience including Business Partnering experience & relationship maturity.
- Experience working in a fast paced, multi-site organisation.
- Experience working in matrix organisations.
- Strong Stakeholder management and proven business partnering

ability leading businesses. through change/transformation.
- Current Australian Drivers Licence (mandatory).
- Flexibility to undertake frequent domestic travel as required from an operational perspective (asper the business requirements).
- Maintenance of appropriate Working with Children checks relevant to each state of operation.
