Our beloved Kitchen/Prep Hand is moving into another area of our business which leaves that role open for someone to come onboard and be a part of a fabulous team

The role is from Tuesday to Sat, from approx 12-1pm till close (not late by any usual restaurant standard) and your role will be:

- doing prep work with the chefs
- undertaking some cooking when required (plating up desserts/salads/etc)
- maintaining the kitchen cleanliness at all times
- ensuring the washing of plates, cutlery, etc is fast is to a high standard
- to be a part of a dynamic team and assisting in cleaning/prepping/cooking aspects as needed by our amazing Head Chef.

- minuimum of 2 years in a similar role
- preferably you have experience in a similar role as we want this incoming team member to hit the ground running but full training will be given.
- own transport
- Food handling and prepping exposure (knife skills preferred)
- someone who gets into it and appreciates the value this role has in ensuring the kitchen/restaurant runs well
- attention to detail

The role we have available is for an immediate start but we are prepared to wait for the right person.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $27.46 - $32.96 per hour
