**ABOUT THE **ROLE**:
- Part time, Saturday & Sunday.
- Afternoon shift, 1500-23.30pm.
- Ability to pick up additonal shifts.
- Located at Werribee Mercy Hospital,in our Environmental Department.
- Reporting to Food & Environmental Manager.
- Responsible for ensuring your shift meets & exceeds the Victorian Cleaning Standards of Public Hospitals.
- Ensuring the Food Safety standards are met.
- Assisting with resource management of Food & Environmental staff.
- Ensuring that Food & Environmental Services staff perform the functions of their role to a satisfactory standard.
- Resource Management of equipment.
- Training and orientation of new staff to our Department.

**ABOUT YOU:
- Supervisory/Management qualification,( or working towards).
- Certificate lll in Health Services, or equivalent, or experience within a Hospital, Hotel or Cleaning sector.
- Proven ability to supervise and train staff to achieve appropriate standards.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- Proven ability to manage in a complex environment involving multiple stake holders.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills on all levels.
