Bright Futures Early Learning Centre - East Hills, is looking for an amazing educator to join our fun, supportive and dynamic team. We are a 33 place family owned and operated early childhood service, with a long standing team of educators. This role is to lead our infants program in which we utilise a type of programming that puts the focus on children and less on paperwork.Applicants must have the following;
Role Expectations:

- Certificate III Children's Services
- Diploma in Children's Services
- Current First Aid Certificate, Asthma Certificate, Anaphylaxis Certificate and Working with Children Check
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in an early childhood environment across a number of age groups and service types.
- Experienced and confident in providing a developmental program for children aged between 0 and 6 years with incorporation of the EYLF, NQS and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, including conflict resolution and proven experience as an effective team player.
- A love for play based and relationship focused pedagogies
- The ability to create and maintain respectful and collaborative partnerships with both the other educators and families.
- A passion for continuous improvement
