ConsultANZ is currently looking for a Field and Workshop Technician with at least 3-5 years experience to join one of our clients in Victoria.

The Field and Worshop Technician is responsible for a variety of tasks and duties related to the preventative / programmed maintenance, repair, and operation of mobile plant, heavy vehicle, mechanical plant, and equipment within the workshop and out in the field.

**Your main duties will include**
- Assemble and install mechanical components and systems according to specifications, technical drawings, specifications, and drawings.
- Consult with Management regarding technical complex problems, developing solutions and implementing changes.
- Diagnose faults using diagnostic tools, manuals, and your technical expertise.
- Perform complete scheduled services and ensure regular maintenance duties are completed competently as required.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to plant and equipment in accordance with manufacturer instructions and Company Procedures.
- Ensure that mechanical repairs, maintenance, installation and modification or alteration to heavy vehicles, plant and equipment are carried out competently and satisfies internal clients.
- Perform tests and inspections on heavy vehicles, mechanical plant and equipment to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Comply with relevant legislation and company policies and procedures on WHS and environmental safety in the workplace.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant trade or vocational qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the similar role
- Current Driver licence
- White Card
- Confined space
- Working at heights
- Elevated Work Platform High Risk Lience
- High attention to detail and display a positive & self-motivated attitude.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong diagnostics and problem solving skills
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and be able to work in a team environment

**Benefits**
