**Project Lead - Investment & Fund Services**

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Investment & Fund Services Team at Mercer. This role will be based in Melbourne or Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

**We will count on you to**:

- Define and execute multiple complex projects and initiatives within the Investment & Fund Services team, collaborating with Project, Product and Technology partners to ensure successful implementation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant, guiding business domains in change management and ensuring solutions are fit for purpose, while actively contributing to the change management leadership.
- Facilitate change and maintain transparent communication with key stakeholders, providing updates on progress and managing dependencies with other initiatives.

**What you need to have**:

- Master’s Degree or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of experience in program/project management and/or Investment Operations and Fund Accounting, with a proven track record of leading large and complex programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at executive and leadership levels.

**What makes you stand out**:

- Experience in middle and back office functions, such as Investment Operations or Fund Accounting, is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate implementation and change activities across multi-functional teams
- Change management credentials, demonstrating your capability to lead people and clients through their change journey.
