QA Analyst

As part of our tight-knit team you'll play an integral role in creating digital experiences that don't just engage the end user, but completely blow them away.

**What you'll do**:
Over the first 3-6 months you will:

- Own and lead the browser QA process of a leading North American Casino & Sports Betting platform, enhancing their quality and performance:

- Help lead us to establish an in-depth internal QA process
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases to ensure that the platform functions and displays as intended
- Identify, record, document and track bugs and inconsistencies across different browsers and devices
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Use your knowledge of best practices to ensure that accessibility, performance, etc. are all of the highest standard
- Help support the population of their newly structured atomic-inspired framework, encouraging the use of reusable UI components and variables, using a design system methodology
- Enforce quality through rigorous testing across a wide range of web and native mobile projects
- Making sure that everything looks and functions as intended, whilst also ensuring that everything runs efficiently behind the scenes through the testing of processes and third party integrations.
- Support where needed across additional clients within the financial brokerage, crypto, pension tech, and outdoor adventure space
- Push and innovate, be a key driver in the evolution of our QA practice:

- Look for ways to structure and improve our QA process through new tools and strategies
- Keep up to date with the latest in testing tools and approaches

Ongoing:

- Support the QA and development of highly scalable and immersive front-end experiences across web, mobile, and apps, along with the support to succeed
- Challenge the norm. Experiment with emerging technologies and new ways of working, sharing your learnings and fresh ideas with the team (Hey, Friend)
- Pride in your projects. You have a great eye for detail; formatting, layouts, pixels, typography, colour, have to be just right before they get your stamp of approval
- Join forces and collaborate with the wider team, including Creative, UI, UX, Tech, Product and Marketing; ideas grow and we grow
- Have any skills in front/back end development, or knowledge of A/B testing processes? Don't be shy to bring these to the table
