**Role Summary**: We are currently seeking a skilled Loss Prevention Supervisor to join our client's team in Melbourne, Victoria. The **Loss Prevention Supervisor** will be responsible for managing all aspects of loss prevention programs in assigned stores to protect the company's assets. This role will support multiple locations and requires a proactive individual with strong leadership and communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enforcing the policies and standards of the Loss Prevention department and the company.
- Implementing and managing training and awareness programs for the store team.
- Identifying and communicating shrinkage trends and issues.
- Building positive business relationships within and outside the company.
- Training Loss Prevention team members for each assigned location.
- Creating and auditing shrinkage action plans in the assigned area.
- Managing and maintaining all loss prevention equipment, including CCTV, access control, EAS, and alarm systems.
- Collaborating seamlessly with HR and Store Operation teams to handle and resolve field investigations.
- Managing all internal and external investigation programs targeting the reduction of theft and fraud.
- Conducting regular auditing of key loss prevention policies and procedures.
- Ensuring a high level of Inventory Accuracy through training and overseeing the implementation of stock take procedures.

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Knowledgeable of federal, state, and local laws.
- Knowledge of current security technology, CCTV, Electronic Article Surveillance, and Burglar alarm systems.
- Minimum 3 years in Loss Prevention / Retail Asset Protection.
- Previous experience within a retail multi-site environment.
- Experience in Internal Investigations including the use of exception reporting systems and interviewing of dishonest employees.
- Experience in managing external apprehension programs; Proven ability to interact with law enforcement.
- Experience relative to security and customer service advantageous.

The salary for this role is **up to $100,000 per annum**, plus superannuation and a bonus. It is an **on-site position based in Melbourne**, involving **travel to stores across Melbourne** and occasional **business trips to other states**. The bonus system includes:

- **Bi-annual bonuses** based on performance results, ranging from 5% to 20% of the base salary per year, depending on half-year evaluation results.
- **Yearly bonus** (Group Profit Share), which is discretionary, and eligibility is conditional based on time in business.
- Paid parental leave (conditional).
