This department within the legal sector of QLD State Government is searching for talent with a depth of training experience and knowledge particularly with Microsoft 365 suite and Articulate 360. This job is a 6-month position with the ability to work from home 1 day per week.

**The role**:

- $60.25 per hour plus super

**Duties & **Responsibilities**:
As part of the department, you will play a pivotal role in training the team with diverse IT tasks, especially around new CRM functionality.

You will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

- Design and draft a range of learning materials including user guides and factsheets
- Deliver both in-person and remote training to individual staff and small groups
- Provide advice, guidance and support on technology related issues
- Create instructional "screen-share" style videos
- Update and create learning content in Articulate 360
- Identify and detail organisational learning requirements and opportunities

The role demands professionalism, confidence and confidentiality it also requires:

- Degree qualified with relevant experience in education & training
- A high level of knowledge and proficiency with technology
- Experience with IT training delivery in a corporate or government environment
- Strong writing, document formatting and communication skills
- Experience with Articulate 360
- Valid working rights
